About ACUMEN
HI, I’M SIAN
I founded Acumen Virtual Assist to support small businesses, start-ups and professional individuals in achieving their goals.
My early career was spent managing multi-million pound revenue businesses in the hospitality and events sector, all over the UK.
For 15 years, I developed skills in finance, HR, people development, team coordination, event planning, marketing, training, compliance, reporting and of course, customer service. I then turned my hand to the corporate world, coordinating for global recruitment teams and implementing tech solutions as a Customer Success Manager.
As my ‘previous’ might suggest, I enjoy challenge and variety – and these days that means supporting clients from all different backgrounds and sectors, with a range of different tasks.
When I’m not working, I can usually be found by a body of water somewhere; walking my dog, camping, paddleboarding or swimming.
